As an experienced Software Engineer, your mission is to help lead our team of innovators and technologists toward creating next-level solutions that improve the way our business is run. This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:

* BS/BA degree or equivalent experience

* Advanced knowledge of application, data and infrastructure architecture disciplines

* Understanding of architecture and design across all systems

* Working proficiency in developmental toolsets

* Ability to collaborate with high-performing teams and individuals throughout the firm to accomplish common goals

* Proficiency in one or more general purpose programming languages (Cloud foundry, Micro services, High Volume Real Time User Interaction and Real Time Orchestration Domain Experience, Advanced Java, REST, Web services, Agile and Kafka)

* Understanding of software skills such as business analysis, development, maintenance and software improvement

* Experience with Atlassian toolset is mandatory (JIRA, Confluence, Maven, Bamboo, GIT and Static analysis tools such as Sonar/Corbetura)

* Hands On experience creating HTTPS/RestfulWeb Services + JSON with WebSocket eventing

* 10+ plus years of experience in large scale enterprise application development and integration

* Good understanding of Digital, Cloud and Omnichannel Customer Experience concepts
