Data Loss Prevention, Senior Engineer

Join a dynamic team that works with cutting-edge technology to manage the risk of emerging threats to data. As the Information Security -Senior Engineer, you will support CVS Health Global Data Protection program. The Information Security- Senior Engineer is responsible for strategically identifying, designing, leading and implementing program and technical level solutions to secure and reduce loss to data. The ideal candidate will have proven success leading technology implementations and be able to demonstrate innovative use of technology.
Identify, Implement and Mature security practices to enhance data protection (data loss prevention, web gateway, encryption etc.)
Design, implement and optimize data protection controls
Create and fine tune data loss prevention rules
Provide data loss prevention and web gateway support - event triaging, analysis and escalations
Track and monitor data protection KPI's
Execute data protection operational strategy
Build relationships to partner in data protection initiatives
3-5+ years of IT security or relevant experience
2+ years of experience with data with data loss prevention, proxy and/or data protections technologies
Experience with information security techniques and best practices
Experience in designing risk-based security controls
Project planning and delivery experience
Process improvement experience
Associate's degree or equivalent experience
Percent of Travel Required
