Job Description
As a Forensics Architect, you will be tackling complex, enterprise level problems related to business processes, architecture design, infrastructure stacks, application/platform integrations, data flow/design, and vendor products. The Forensics Architect is essential for ensuring an outcome where the root cause or the current state of a business and/or technical problem are discovered, and recommendations are formulated for an executable path forward. Other initiatives will cover the analysis of one or more vendor solutions resulting in a recommended choice based on capabilities, technical health/viability, and financial analysis. The Forensics Architect is responsible for working closely with the sponsor of the engagement and collaborating on a Forensics team of 2-4 individuals to produce executable outcomes and deliverables.

As part of the Forensics team, you will play a critical role of solving wicked problems for business and technical audiences. Engagements will vary in scope and length of time; however, engagements typically span 4-6 weeks and interactions may include executive level and collaboration across multiple, diverse teams across the enterprise. Engagements will vary on degree of visibility and impact. A team may work on one or more engagements in parallel.

Excellent team collaboration, written and verbal communications, strong analysis skills, and a passion for diving deep into problem areas to find root causes and a path forward.

Background Experience
Required Skills for the Forensics Architect:.
  • 5+ years work experience in information technology or data science
  • 2+ years working in a health care insurance industry or pharmacy

Preferred Skills for the Forensics Architect:
  • Knowledge of Healthcare industry / PBM
  • Experience in one of the following roles: solution or integration architect, developer, data scientist, infrastructure engineer, security engineer
  • Experience working on company enterprise level projects/programs
  • Experience as a project lead
  • Exposure to SAFe/Agile and Design Thinking frameworks
  • Experience consulting via a staff augmentation or team engagement model
  • Experience working with tools such as: Tableau, Splunk, Mega, MS PowerApps
  • Experience with newer development languages: e.g., SQL, Java, SAS
  • Experience working with different levels of an organization; SME, executive levels
  • "Stronger as a team" mentality
  • Comfortable with ambiguity
