A member of the Supply Chain leadership team, the Vice President, Omni-channel Fulfillment & Supply Chain Engineering (VP, OFSCE) is responsible for strategy development, infrastructure solutions, and cost & service performance of CVS’ digital retail fulfillment network and collaborates closely with Digital, IT, Store, Pharmacy, and Merchandising leadership to deliver a high-quality customer experience. The VP directs the operations, systems, engineering, and facilities management teams that design, build-out, optimize and run 19 fulfillment centers P&L as well as the P & L, inventory deployment and order flow path management for e-commerce fulfillment. The VP is also responsible for the distribution infrastructure that supports retail store replenishment including annual capital allocation and ROI.

Required Qualifications
* Results driven, with 10+ years of work experience in distribution operations (to include e-commerce fulfillment), logistics strategy development, business execution, people management & development, and project leadership.

Preferred Qualifications
* 5+ years experience successfully leading a large supply chain organization (100+ colleagues, 5 - 10 direct reports) in a SKU-intensive / low velocity omni-channel retail environment.

* Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain, Business Management, Management Sciences, or Engineering.
