Job Profile


This position SharePoint Administrator/Developer (Software Engineer III) is responsible for planning, design, coding, testing, documentation and implementation of SEWS developed WEB solutions, vendor supported applications, and other technology efforts within a multi-platform environment. This will include data analysis, integration, interaction with the user community to assess and respond to needs, and research of application issues. Ability to examine user requirements, develop implementation strategies, provide knowledge transfer to other team members. Strong communication skills with IT customers, vendors and other IT Service areas.

Education/Specialized Training/Licensure: Bachelor's degree Computer Science, MIS, Business, Engineering, or related experience;

Work Experience: 5+ Years within I.S. and or Hospital /HealthCare Organizations


Communication Skills: Above Average Verbal (Heavy Public Contact), Exceptional Verbal (e.g., Public Speaking), Writing/Composing Correspondence, Reports

Other Skills: Analytical, Design, Research, Statistical

Work Schedule: On Call


  • Develop & maintain personal and team priorities.
  • Meet with IT staff and end users.
  • Gather user requirements, set priorities, write specifications, and produce different levels of documentation for users and support staff.
  • Solution development
  • Develop .net and SharePoint Solutions
  • Code Management using a Source Repository
  • Handle support calls during normal and after business hours.
  • Work with project managers, team lead, and team members to complete projects.
  • Take on-call responsibilities with other members of team.

Must have the following experience:

  • SharePoint Administration – 2013 and above, administration, support, and development
  • End-User Support (Incidents/Requests) and managing a queue/docket
  • Experience with server administration (active directory, patches, upgrades)
  • Powershell
  • Excellent troubleshooting/problem solving skills.
  • Good communication skills.
  • On-Call experience.

Nice to have the following experience:

  • SharePoint Cloud, PowerApps
  • Metalogix Tools/Migration Tools
  • VB.net and C#.net development.
  • SQL Server DBA experience.
  • JavaScript experience

The successful candidate will have the following experience

  • Experience with SharePoint 2013 and above administration, support, and development.
  • Experience with server administration (active directory, patches, upgrades)
  • Light experience with VB.net and C#.net development.
  • High troubleshooting skills.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Experience with end-user support: Requests/Incidents; Managing a queue/docket.
