What will I be doing?

As a Maintenance Engineer, you would be responsible for executing your position's responsibilities in alignment with our Spirit of Service culture and driving company success through performing the following tasks to the highest standards

    - Perform repair and refinishing task (to include, but not limited to the following)
    - Painting Wallpapering
    - Proficient in ceiling and wall textures and finishes Stucco
    - Staining Varnishing
    - Refinish doors, furniture, walls, ceiling, and external structures
    - Visually inspect and diagnose finish failure problems to ensure quality appearance of guestrooms, public space and back of house facilities
    - Maintain inventory of paint and paint supplies. Maintains a clean, neat shop work area, sweeping and cleaning as necessary. Maintain proper functioning of all equipment and tools. Establishes a clear line of communication with the engineering leadership. Assist other maintenance staff on special projects as directed by the engineering leadership.     - Ability to follow basic written and verbal directions, climb stairs and work on ladders up to 40', push/pull up to 100 lbs, lift/carry up to 50 lbs, grasp, stoop, reach overhead.
    - High School Diploma or equivalent required.
    - 3-5 years of related experience required.

It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

    - EPA Certification Type II (HVAC) preferred
    - Technical diploma preferred.
    - EPA I (Applicance) preferred.
    - 5-7 years of related experience preferred.
