Job Description of Advance Technical Support Engineer
- Has a minimum certification, equivalent experience of a NET+ networking level certification
- Proficient in the use of networking software tools.
- In-depth knowledge of Electronic systems
- New hire should have some experience in networking domain (1 year minimum)
- CCTV networking experience is preferred
- Ability to troubleshoot over phone ( Voice process)
- Excellent Communication skills in English
- Should be flexible to night shifts or rotational shifts.
