Job Description of Advance Technical Support Engineer  

 

 

  • Has a minimum certification, equivalent experience of a NET+ networking level certification
  • Proficient in the use of networking software tools.
  • In-depth knowledge of Electronic systems
  • New hire should have some experience in networking domain (1 year minimum)
  • CCTV networking experience is preferred
  • Ability to troubleshoot over phone ( Voice process)
  • Excellent Communication skills in English
  • Should be flexible to night shifts or rotational shifts.
