The Cybersecurity Architect is a hands-on tier III lead, who acts as a subject matter expert for all aspects related to cybersecurity. The Cybersecurity Architect establishes best practices for design, development, and post-market monitoring and response. The incumbent guides the technical team members in the application of cybersecurity processes and controls within a systems/security engineering framework. Resolves difficult problems, from conception to final design with team input. Plans, leads, and delivers key documentation to support regulatory submissions. The individual facilitates the security evaluations, integrations and deployments of new data security technology tools and related policies across all Seminole Tribe of Florida's Infrastructure and Networking enterprise system components. The incumbent establishes and approves information security policy, ensures/enforces successful application of policy to the infrastructure. The incumbent in this role may also lead and manage internal and external audits to certify ongoing compliance with all federal, state and local regulations. The incumbent utilizes cross-functional expertise to plan and maintain all areas of data security, information protections, including rights management, identity management, role based access, end point security, security update compliance, vulnerability assessments, malware protection, intrusion prevention, security monitoring and external program compliance. Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or equivalent related experience in field is required. Minimum of five (5) years of experience working in an enterprise support environment with information security responsibility is required. Minimum two (2) completed certification within any Microsoft or Cisco certification paths is required. Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification is required. Additional preferred certifications: (CRISC) Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control, (CISA) Certified Information Systems Auditor. Familiarity with CJIS, COPPA, FERPA, HIPAA, GDPR, and PCI-DSS regulatory compliance standards. Possession of a valid FL Driver's License is required. Demonstrate excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. Demonstrate Excellent English written and oral communication skills. Ability to travel to all STOF Reservations and work a flexible work schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
