Job Description

TTEC is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer,Conversational AI to join our Business Transformation team. This is atelecommuting opportunity with limited travel requirements.


As part of our BusinessTransformation Professional Services team, you will work on technical design,development and implementation of conversational applications including AI/ConversationalBOTs for enterprise clients.

What you'll be doing:
  • Develop, Test and Implement AI/Conversational BOTs as per the design.
  • Participate in design and requirement gathering sessions.
  • Participate in BOT Analysis and Tuning processes.
  • Assist in the design and creation of compelling proposals and develop demos.
  • Work on Production Support Issues.
  • Develop multi-channel product integrations to deliver on customer needs/requirements.
  • Work closely with North America counterparts.
What skills you will need:
  • 3 years of development experience using JavaScript (Angular, Node), Java, CSS, HTML
  • Good knowledge of Natural Language and directeddialogue design techniques

  • Experience in conducting User Acceptance Testing, performing Analysis, review for tuning, and making recommendations to improve CX design
  •  Experience working in Agile methodology
  • Experience working closely with outside clients and partners in North America
  • Mobile development experience (iOS, Android) isa plus

  • BOT development and AI experience is a plus -Liveperson, Google Dialogflow, IBM Watson
