Solutions Engineer, Messaging - Remote U.S.
TTECis seeking a Solution Engineer - Messaging to join our Business Transformationteam. This is a telecommuting opportunity with limited travel requirements.
Aspart of our Business Transformation Professional Services team, you will workon consulting, technical design, development and implementation ofconversational applications including AI/BOTs for enterprise clients.
Whatyou'll be doing:
Lead requirements and designworkshops to discover, analyze, and document conversational and systemrequirements from both the client's and users' perspectives
Create effective CX designsincluding interaction flow, dialog flows, prompts, to accomplish therequirements of Messaging, Bot and Agent dialogs
Participate in BOT Analysis andTuning processes. Perform intent analysis for overall application and designperformance and make recommendations to improve customer satisfaction and transactioncompletion
Represent our UI approach andphilosophy to customers in the sales cycle, and assist in the design andcreation of compelling proposals and demos
Develop product extensions andintegrations to deliver on customer needs/requirements
Lead assessments of customersinternal technology and skills, targeting use cases and deployment strategy forTTEC
Participate in strategic planning toidentify key technical initiatives and opportunities within the account, inaddition to proactively provide technical solution leadership andrecommendation in support of customer initiatives and goals.
Whatskills you will need:
3 years industry experience inConversational Design or Voice User Interface design of conversational systems
Experience in writing businessand/or design specifications following standard practices, developingconversational flows and designing interaction steering and self-serve BOTs
Good knowledge of natural languageand directed dialogue design techniques
Experience in conducting UserAcceptance Testing, performing Analysis, review for tuning, and makingrecommendations to improve CX design
Experience working closely withoutside clients and partners
Mobile development experience (iOS,Android) is a plus
