Enterprise Finance & Information Technology offers technology and services that are designed, developed, and delivered to our Wells Fargo customers’ to directly help support them financially. We interact with customers more than 12 billion times a year through in-store, online, ATM, and telephone transactions. We impact customers directly, through systems availability and security, as well as indirectly, through our business partners who offer and deliver a myriad of products and services that meet customers’ financial needs. This is a great opportunity to join the Services and Automation team within the Infrastructure Technology Services organization. The team is providing the portal for ordering all infrastructure capabilities and we are staffing up to provide an API layer behind the portal that will enable self-service via a microservice strategy for the application teams we support in each line of business. The right engineer is passionate about automation and working with new technologies to expose hardware capabilities to our application team partners. The engineer should be familiar with agile technologies and online collaboration tools that allow he/she to engage with our geographically distributed team. This position will be responsible for full-stack development which can include developing enhancements or resolving bugs in existing applications, developing new applications to support the sunset of older applications and working with ancillary technologies to support application integration and data integrity.
About the larger Infrastructure Technology Services (ITS) organization
The Infrastructure Technology Services organization offers a set of business services to internal Wells Fargo IT teams in the lines of business. These services allow procurement and management of hardware, software, network and servers in the Enterprise Technology Infrastructure organization. The business services include 24/7 Monitoring, Server Provisioning, Data Transmission, Load Balancing, Logging, and Batch Scheduling. The ITS organization is also responsible for day to day management and support for these services. Wells Fargo applications across the company depend on the assets provided by these services for their daily operation. ITS is also responsible for bundled IT solutions which include compute solutions and provisioning processes that enable technology solutions in a timely and cost effective manner.

Other Desired Qualifications
- 3+ years experience designing and developing architectures that promote re-usability and best coding practices
- 1+ years of experience developing and using RESTful Application Program Interface (API)
- Familiar with Atlassian JIRA and Confluence
- Experience with Apigee a plus
- Experience with Kubernetes or CloudFoundry a plus
