Digital Teller & ATM Technology (DTAT) supports two mission critical physical channels for Wells Fargo. On a daily basis, DTAT processes very high volume deposits and millions of dollars cash for Branch and ATM customers. We deliver world-class Digital Teller and ATM Technology and take pride in a continuous learning culture, collaboration, and individual accountability to provide the most secure, scalable and customer centric banking experience.

DTAT is seeking a qualified candidate to fill a senior Apps. System Engineer 4. This technology leader will lead and mentor a mission critical application Teller platform along with strong technical leaders. In this role, he/she will be responsible for:

  1. Providing technical mentorship and guidance for scrum teams
  2. Adopting new technology ,framework & development practices
  3. Insisting on Agile/Devops adoption & adherence
  4. Passion towards innovation and adaption to new trends/technologies
  5. Solid application architecture and design patterns experience
  6. Ensuring security, risk & compliance adherence without exceptions
  7. Adopting micro services for scalability and speed
  8. Building out foundational capabilities for continuous delivery

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of application development and implementation experience
  • 5 + years of experience with server administration and job creation using Jenkins Continuous Integration server
  • 5 + years of experience designing and implementing solutions for test automation using Selenium and Java
  • 5+ years of DevOps experience
  • 5+ years of RESTful or SOAP web services
  • 4+ years of development experience with languages such as Python, Java, Scala, or R

Desired Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • 4+ years of Agile experience
  • 2+ years of experience in an advanced automation environment such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Robotic Desktop Automation (RDA) or Artificial Intelligence (AI)
  • Knowledge and understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC): code control, build and deployment
  • Knowledge and understanding of Quality Assurance (QA) methods: unit, load, system, user acceptance, and regression
  • Ability to manage an enterprise wide technology infrastructure, service component, or all end to end distributive infrastructure activities
  • Knowledge and understanding of technology deployment: J2EE applications in complex environments
  • A BS/BA degree or higher in one of the following statistical related fields: applied mathematics, statistics, finance, economics, or engineering

Job Expectations

  • Ability to work on call as assigned
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays as needed or scheduled

Salary Information

The salary range displayed below is based on a Full-time 40 hour a week schedule.

AZ-Chandler: Min: $78,100 Mid: $110,000
NC-Charlotte: Min: $78,100 Mid: $110,000
