Wells Fargo Technology sets IT strategy; enhances the design, development, and operations of our systems; optimizes the Wells Fargo infrastructure footprint; provides information security; and enables continuous banking access through in-store, online, ATM, and other channels to Wells Fargo’s more than 70 million global customers.

Acts as a senior member of Risk and Resiliency management team that is leading regulatory assessments, risk remediation and including driving risk reporting, developing automation for reducing manual data collection to building analytics. This person is also responsible for managing development and automation of various business use cases dealing with complex risk assessments along with solution recommendations to mitigate risks. Person should have development experience to build UI, work with JIRA, CI/CD tools, and also design database schema for automation needs. Acts as an expert technical resource for risk analysis efforts. This person should be familiar with Cloud deployment and DevOps along with building small web applications in Cloud as part of Innovation and strategy organization. Develops processes, and technical procedures and user guides to manage and deploy standard tools. Assures quality, security and compliance requirements are met by application teams within the organization and also provides business continuation plan. Familiarity with reporting tools like Tableau is key.

Key responsibility includes identifying automation business use cases by working with several key technology and business partners, developing proof of concepts by building UI and Database. Works closely with operations risk managers, Systems Consultants and application managers on risk management.  Follows Software Development Life Cycle practices and DevSecOps.



Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of application development and implementation experience
  • 5+ years of reporting experience
  • 5+ years of experience performing risk assessments
  • 3 + years of Tableau Dashboard development experience
  • 2+ years of experience analyzing requirements and designing new solutions for application and database components
  • 2+ years of design, implementation and governance experience with Artificial Intelligence, Natural Language Processing or Machine Learning architecture
  • 2 + years of senior leadership experience collaborating at the executive level
  • 2+ years of DevOps experience
  • 1+ years of data visualization experience



Desired Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • 4+ years of project management experience supporting large scale technology projects (includes business requirements, risk analysis, project planning, resource planning, risk management, testing and implementation



Other Desired Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience with data analysis and documentation
