Wells Fargo Technology sets IT strategy; enhances the design, development, and operations of our systems; optimizes the Wells Fargo infrastructure footprint; provides information security; and enables continuous banking access through in-store, online, ATM, and other channels to Wells Fargo’s more than 70 million global customers.

The team member will join the Enterprise Voice Engineering team focusing on supporting products related to Cisco VoIP and related systems. Responsibilities include (but not limited to):

  • Be a Leader in engineering Wells Fargo VoIP Cisco environment
  • Owning efforts to improve Engineering processes for VoIP
  • Optimize processes to proactively addressing problems or any voice system related issues.
  • Lead enterprise level projects from an engineering perspective.
  • Manages and performs large voice system design, upgrades, patches, hardware, and software reconfigurations.
  • Responsible for creating/updating voice system designs, responsible for designing, implementing, testing, and researching industry best practices.
  • Responsible for update/creation of build guides, configuration guides and processes and procedures.
  • Participate in the research, analysis, design, testing and implementation of large and complex voice systems.
  • Conducts voice system studies, traffic analysis, configuration audits, security audits, patching verifications, vulnerability remediation, and gathering evidence of those things.
  • Recommends modifications to the voice system configurations that reduce costs or improves services.
  • Serves as a high level technical resource on large-scale voice communications issues and problems.


Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in network operations, network engineering, or a combination of both
  • 2+ years of operations experience
  • 5+ years of Telephony experience
  • 5+ years of Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) experience
  • 5 + years of Networking experience

Other Desired Qualifications
  • 3+ years of Cisco Unity Connection experience
  • 3+ years of experience upgrading and downgrading code, applying hardware configurations and patches, or a combination of both


Job Expectations

  • Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed or scheduled



Salary Information

The salary range displayed below is based on a Full-time 40 hour a week schedule.

MN-Minneapolis: Min: $72,600 Mid: $102,300
IA-West Des Moines: Min: $72,600 Mid: $102,300
AZ-Chandler: Min: $72,600 Mid: $102,300
IA-West Des Moines: Min: $72,600 Mid: $102,300
NC-Charlotte: Min: $72,600 Mid: $102,300
NC-Charlotte: Min: $72,600 Mid: $102,300
