The ideal candidate provides Platform Support and Change coordination for the Cornerstone Customer Due Diligence non production and production application platforms; maintain, troubleshoot and restore service to the non production environments for testing and development use; act as an internal consultant regarding use of tools and processes to developers, QA and other support partners; supports and/or acts as the change manager/technical SME for migrations in the lower level non-production environments; perform programming to fine tune non-production systems; troubleshoots software issues and coordinates resolution with users, vendors and internal service groups; creates issue logs; assesses risk to production systems and assures quality, security and compliance requirements are met. 



Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience working in managed services as demonstrated through work, military, or education
  • 3+ years of experience working in managed services as demonstrated through work, military, or education
  • 1+ year of IBM BPM experience
  • 4+ years of PAC2000 Change Management experience
  • A BS/BA degree or higher in science or technology

  • Experience supporting technology at an enterprise-level
  • Ability to interact effectively at varying levels of the business and technical organizations; including management
  • Strong team or technical leadership experience
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • 1+ year of banking industry experience
  • 1+ year of financial services industry experience
  • 5+ years of quality assurance experience
  • Agile experience
  • Oracle experience
  • Web Services experience
  • WebSphere experience
  • Good analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Knowledge and understanding of data management concepts, process, tools, and environments
  • Knowledge and understanding of Information Technology infrastructure and networking
  • Knowledge and understanding of offshore operations processes
  • Knowledge and understanding of Splunk
  • Knowledge and understanding of system monitoring and automation
  • Knowledge and understanding of Systems Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Knowledge and understanding of technology applications/macros design, development, testing, and deployment
  • Knowledge and understanding of technology server: side scripting
  • Outstanding problem solving and decision making skills
  • Release management exposure; preferably within Wells Fargo
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
  • 5+ years of application production support experience
  • Experience developing, supporting or integrating messaging technology such as Solace, Tibco or MQ



Other Desired Qualifications
  • Customer Due Diligence (CDD), Anti Money Laundering (AML), and Know Your Customer (KYC) prior experience
  • Knowledge and understanding of uDeploy, SVN, GitHub & Jenkins
  • Change management tools (Pac2000) 
  • Experience supporting testing or quality assurance
  • Agile experience, Scrum Master certification and/or ITIL Certified
  • Knowledge and understanding of technology applications/macros design, development, testing, and deployment
  • Knowledge and understanding of Oracle
  • Knowledge and understanding of data management concepts, process, tools, and environments
  • Knowledge and understanding of Web Services
  • Knowledge and understanding of software defined networking
  • Knowledge and understanding of technology server: side scripting
  • Knowledge and understanding of multiple source code version control systems in working with branches, tags and labels

  • Ability to work on call as assigned
  • Flexibility to work in a 24/7 environment, including weekends and holidays
  • Flexibility to adjust work schedule in accordance to the time zone for the market you are supporting
